Since AESN Limited is dedicated to quality, this commitment should be tracked and evaluated through efficient governance procedures and systems.
Policy:
In order to put quality assurance policy into practice, systems in place are developed by obtaining feedback on the service from its users. These systems must be created to assess achievement of goals, objectives, and the company’s stated purpose. It needs to aid the company’s ambitions for growth and progress. Additionally, there is a continual review of plan where a continual quality assessment is conducted and improvement of quality is monitored.
Quality assurance should ensure that users feel the service is:
- Safe
- Effective
- Committed to quality
- Caters to their need
- Risk protected
- Updated in response to the opinions and feedbacks provided
Expectation:
Every employee at AESN Limited from the top to the bottom should demonstrate a complete dedication to quality and quality improvement in every aspect of their work.
In particular:
- In AESN limited, the management team is in charge of creating, sustaining, and implementing a quality management system. This system will be based on a management system whereby standards will be defined, adjustments will be made to fulfil those standards, and the process will be routinely reviewed.
- Every employee is in charge of the quality of their job, and they will all receive the training necessary to carry out their responsibilities in accordance with the specified standards. Each employee is responsible for their conducts and mistakes.
- Based on feedback from service customers, employees, and clients, AESN Limited will create an annual development plan for quality improvement as part of its business strategy. The plan will be budgeted and will focus on certain measurable targets, and include designated people as accountable for each target.
