Why you're running

Every entry funds two things you can point to

The Northolt 10K isn't just a personal best attempt. Registration fees are split between a running track for young athletes in Nepal and inclusive sport for adults with learning disabilities closer to home, in Ealing.

75%

Running Track Project, Nepal

Supports the build of a proper running track for young athletes in Nepal, giving the next generation of Nepali runners a surface to train on that this event's own community grew up without.

25%

Ealing Mencap

Funds Ealing Mencap's work supporting local adults with learning disabilities — helping fund activities, advocacy and everyday support across the borough that's hosting the race.

Race day

Sunday 1st November 2026, Northala Fields Park

A full morning at one of West London's most distinctive parks — four grass mounds shaped from the rubble of the old Wembley Stadium, with a start line led in by a Nepalese bagpiper and a race village that always draws a crowd.

AESN's part in it

Why a recruitment agency sponsors a 10K

AESN places Nepali and UK talent into healthcare, hospitality, aviation and beyond. The Northolt 10K is where a lot of that community trains, races and fundraises together — so we back it.

Community, not just candidates

AESN works alongside the same Nepali diaspora networks that built this race — Nepal Run UK, local clubs and community groups across London.

A cause with a direct line home

The Running Track Project puts training infrastructure in Nepal — the kind AESN's own placed candidates often didn't have growing up.

Local as well as international

A quarter of every entry supports Ealing Mencap, right in the borough where this race is run.

Good to know

What do I need to register?

Your personal details, date of birth, an emergency contact, your t-shirt size, and — if you're a club runner — your England Athletics Club URN (find it at ea-registration-check.myathletics.uk).

I'm not part of a club — can I still enter?

Yes. Select "None" under club affiliation on the form; the race is open to unaffiliated runners of all abilities.

What if I can't attend on the day?

Choose the Virtual Entry. Complete your 10K wherever you are, submit your result, and you'll still receive the official finisher medal and event shirt.

How is the route?

A 10K loop in and around Northala Fields Park's distinctive man-made mounds — mixed grass and path underfoot, so trail-friendly trainers are worth considering.

See you at the start line, 1st November

Registration closes once capacity is reached. Secure your place, pick your club discount if you have one, and lock in the Early Bird rate while it lasts.
