The CCTV Operative is responsible for monitoring security cameras and responding to any incidents or suspicious activity.

Responsibilities

Surveillance:
- Monitor CCTV cameras to detect any unusual activity or potential threats.
- Identify and report any suspicious persons or behavior.
- Observe and record any incidents or accidents.
Incident Response:
- Alert security personnel or emergency services as needed.
- Provide information and evidence to assist in investigations.
- Follow established procedures for handling incidents.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and observations.
- Provide evidence for investigations and legal proceedings.
Shift Work:
- Be willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong observational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and reporting skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to remain calm under pressure
