Jobs Description
We are looking for experienced healthcare assistants who will assist healthcare professionals under the supervision of qualified nursing staff to carry out various duties. Their tasks include assisting patients with personal care and conductingÂ
clinical duties, in addition to carrying out, monitoring, and recording the results of medical tests, etc.Â
Responsibilities
-  Ensuring that supplies and medical equipment are replenished Improving the mobility of patientsÂ
- Â Setting up equipment required by healthcare professionalsÂ
- Â Taking the temperature, blood pressure, and blood glucose levels of patients, and recording the resultsÂ
- Â Personal care of patientsÂ
- Â Recording the pulse rate of patientsÂ
- Â Measuring patients’ weightÂ
- Â Preparing patients for therapyÂ
-  Making up beds, giving out bedpans, and collecting bedpans Serving and feeding patients with foodÂ
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience in a caring role, preferredÂ
- Â Good communication skillsÂ
- Â Good listening skillsÂ
- Â Physically fit to lift patientsÂ
- Â Enhanced DBS (preferred but not necessary as we will help you get this)Â Training certificates (preferred but not necessary, as we will help you get trained)Â
- Â Previous medical experience is useful but not essentialÂ
- Â The desire to work with all people, irrespective of background, race, or creed.
