Responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students, ensuring they make excellent progress in line with the national curriculum and school expectations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Maintain excellent classroom management and promote a positive, safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with department heads and other staff to develop curriculum materials.
- Compliance: strictly adhere to the school’s Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (QTLS for Further Education), a relevant degree, and a cleared Enhanced DBS.
