Job Description

The Forklift Operative is responsible for operating forklift equipment to move, lift, and stack materials within a warehouse or industrial setting.

Responsibilities

Forklift Operation:
- Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials onto and from pallets.
- Move materials within the warehouse or storage facility.
- Stack and store materials in designated areas.
Inventory Management:
- Assist with inventory control and stock management.
- Ensure accurate and timely movement of materials.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any damage or defects.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
General Warehouse Duties:
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe work environment.
