The Office Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the office, ensuring efficient and organized operations.
Responsibilities
- General Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain office records and files.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately enter data into computer systems.
- Maintain electronic and physical records.
- Prepare and file reports.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and files.
- Coordinate employee training and development.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Minimum Qualifications
