The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and profitable daily operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:
    • Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance.
  • Customer Service:
    • Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
    • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget.
    • Monitor sales and costs to ensure profitability.
    • Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant management practices and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
