The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and profitable daily operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management:
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and appearance.
- Customer Service:
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget.
- Monitor sales and costs to ensure profitability.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
