To ensure the school site is secure, safe, clean, and well-maintained, providing a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and lock the school premises, ensuring high levels of security.
• Carry out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and decorating tasks.
• Conduct statutory Health & Safety checks (e.g., fire alarms, water testing).
• Supervise cleaning staff and manage external contractors working on-site.
• Respond to site emergencies (e.g., leaks, break-ins) efficiently.
