The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the production of high-quality food while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage kitchen staff and operations.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
- Foster a positive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for food and quality.
