The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the production of high-quality food while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Manage kitchen staff and operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for food and quality.
