We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Stewards to join our team and ensure the smooth and safe running of various events. As an Event Steward, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, assisting guests, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Support:
   • Welcome attendees and provide information or guidance as required.
   • Direct attendees to facilities such as seating, restrooms, first aid points, and exits.
   • Monitor crowd flow to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
2. Health & Safety:
   • Enforce safety regulations and event policies to ensure compliance.
   • Identify and report any potential hazards, risks, or issues to supervisors or event management.
   • Assist in emergency procedures, including evacuations, if required.
3. Customer Service:
   • Act as a point of contact for attendees, answering questions or resolving concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
   • Handle any disputes or complaints promptly and escalate to the appropriate manager if necessary.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other stewards, security staff, and event coordinators to ensure the smooth running of the event.
   • Participate in pre-event briefings to understand roles and responsibilities.
5. Other Duties:
   • Assist with event setup and breakdown, as needed.
   • Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to monitor for issues.
