Job Description
Enthusiastic and passionate about cooking Asian cuisine and excellent wok skills
Good knowledge of Asian roast meats
Support the kitchen team on all aspects of running the kitchen
Prepping ingredients, preparing, cooking and plating items in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and specifications
Ideally possess a minimum of 1 year experience working with a wok in a fast-paced or Asian restaurant
Possess working knowledge of health & safety, COSHH and HACCP procedures and ensure these standards are maintained throughout the kitchen
Good ENGLISH communication skills
